Dissolution of a Limited Partnership

Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given by Sackville LCW Sub LP 1 (GP) Limited, 60 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8JQ (the “ General Partner ”) that on 19 June 2013 the limited partnership known as “Low-Carbon Workplace Sub No. 2 LP” (LP15536) was dissolved and the General Partner will cease to be the general partner of Low-Carbon Workplace Sub No. 2 LP.
