Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that pursuant to a transfer on 6 June 2013, UBS Fiduciaria S.p.A. (the “Transferor”) has transferred part of its interest in the above partnership represented by a capital contribution of €50 to Cofircont-Compagnia Fiduciaria S.p.A (the “Transferee”). Therefore, the capital contribution of the Transferor has decreased by €50, from €100 to €50, and the capital contribution of the Trustee has increased by €50, from nil to €50.
