NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF AN AREA OF SPECIAL CONTROL ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (CONTROL OF ADVERTISEMENTS) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2007
- 1 The Birmingham City Council has submitted to the Secretary of State for approval orders revoking the following Area of Special Control Orders:
No.1, 1970 (Northfield), No.2, 1970 (Kings Norton), No.3, 1970 (Yardley) and No.4, 1970 (Harborne)
- 2 Copies of the revocation orders and the statement of the Council’s reasons for making it have been deposited at 1 Lancaster Circus, Birmingham B4 7DJ and will be available for inspection there, free of charge, between the hours of 0845 – 1715 Monday to Thursday and 0845 – 1615 on Friday on working days during the period 10 June 2013 to 31 July 2013.
- 3 Any objections to the revocation orders must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, and sent to the Secretary of State, Eland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DU, quoting reference LS/PLG/CS/125870 before 19 July 2013.
