At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE on 5 June 2013 at 11.00 am the following Special Resolution was duly passed:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ashok Bhardwaj – Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
