Notice is hereby given that Trafalgar New Homes Public Limited Company intends to declare a final dividend (comprising a final distribution of shares in the Company held on behalf of creditors by Trafalgar Distributions Limited) to unsecured creditors within 2 months from 19 June 2013 pursuant to the Company Voluntary Arrangement approved at the Meeting of Creditors and Members on 30 November 2010. Creditors who wish to participate in the distribution are required to send in their name and address and full particulars of their debts to Nicholas Narraway of Moorhead James LLP, Kildare House, 3 Dorset Rise, London EC4Y 8EN on or before 19 June 2013 . A creditor who has not submitted a claim by 19 June 2013 is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend so declared.
