At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Colchester United Football Club, Weston Homes Community Stadium, United Way, Colchester, CO4 5UP on 21 May 2013 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Stephen Grant and Anthony Cork, both of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR, (IP Nos. 008929 and 009401) be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding up.” The joint liquidators may act jointly or severally so that all functions may be exercised by either or both of the joint liquidators.
