“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Adrian David Allen, of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, Asset House, 28 Thorpe Wood, Peterborough, PE3 6SR (Tel: 01733 260780) and Mark Nicholas Ranson, of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 2 Whitehall Quay, Leeds, LS1 4HG (Tel: 0113 285 5000), (IP Nos. 008740 and 009299) be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, to act on a joint and several basis.”
