Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Interim Dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so, are required, on or before 3 June 2013, to send their proofs of debt to Brian Johnson, of Fisher Partners, Acre House, 11-15 William Road, London, NW1 3ER, the Joint Supervisor of the CVA, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Supervisors to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend. The First Dividend will be declared within 2 months from 10 April 2013.
