Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: rule 4.182A of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, the Joint Liquidator of the above named company, intended to declare and distribute a dividend to creditors of the above named company within the period of two months from the last date of proving mentioned below. All creditors of the company are required, on or before 1 July 2013, which is the last date for proving, to prove their debt by sending to the undersigned, Peter Hollis at KPF Advisory, 2 Victoria Square, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3TF, the Liquidator of the company, a written statement of the amount they claim to be due from the company and if, so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date of proving mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the dividend, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved. The distribution proposed to be made is to be the final distribution in the winding up of the above named company and, accordingly, the Liquidator may make that distribution without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proved.

The winding up is a members’ voluntary winding up and it is anticipated that all debts will be paid.
