Notice of Intended Dividend

Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured CVA Creditors of the Company (ie those with liabilities arising in the period prior to 17 December 2010). Creditors who have not yet done so, are required, on or before 31 May 2013, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Ian Franses of Ian Franses Associates, Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, the Supervisor, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Supervisor to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend. The First and Final Dividend will be declared within 2 months from 31 May 2013.

Ian Franses (IP Number 2294) of Ian Franses Associates, Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP was appointed as Supervisor of the Company on 17 December 2010.
