STOPPING UP OF NORTH TURNING POINT AT EASTERN END OF MAPLESTEAD ROAD DAGENHAM
The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (“the Council”) hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Section 247 of the above act to authorise the stopping up of north turning point at eastern end of Maplestead Road Dagenham
IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Schedule to this Notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act, to Countryside Properties under Application No. 12/00854/FUL.
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED between 09:00 and 16:30 during 28 days commencing on 6 May 2013 at the offices of the Legal Practice at the address stated below and may be obtained free of charge (quoting ref: PRF IKEN 006164) at that said address.
ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed Order within the period of 28 days commencing on 6 May 2013, by written notice to the Council, quoting the above reference, addressed to The Legal Practice, Barking & Dagenham Council The Civic Centre RM10 7BN.
In preparing any objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of the objection may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
