I, Steven Hicks of 155 Skipper Way, Little Paxton, St. Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 6LT was a director of the above named company as at the date of administration.
I give notice that it is my intention, if the above named Company were to go into insolvent liquidation, to act in one of the ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above named company under the name Hicks Investment and/or Hicks Construction .
