Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 April 2013, Oy Finvestock AB transferred to Geveles AB, 100% of the interest held by it in EQT Opportunity (No.1) Limited Partnership being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010952 (the “Partnership”), and on that date Geveles AB was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Oy Finvestock AB ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
