Notice is hereby given that with effect from the close of business on Tuesday 11 December 2012, Martin F Conniff ceased to be a partner in the firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius (SRA ID: 77736, a firm authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority) whose principal office is at 5-10 St Paul’s Churchyard, London EC4M 8AL . The remaining Partners will continue to carry on the business of the Partnership under the same name from the same premises. Martin F Conniff shall remain a partner in Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP a partnership whose principal office is at 1701 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103 .
