HEATHROW AIRPORT (WEST RAMP) NO.1 ORDER 2013

• 1 Notice is hereby given that Heathrow Airport Limited has made the above Order under Sections 6, 14 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and all other enabling powers, in order to enable slope stabilisation works to be carried out at Heathrow Airport, West Ramp.
• 2 The Order came into effect on 25th March 2013 and shall last till 31st May 2013, each night between 20:00 and 05:00 hours, or earlier if the works finish.
• 3 The general effect of the Order is as described in the Notice of Intent published in The London Gazette issue dated 13th March 2013.
• 4 A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours by prior appointment, telephone 023 80628743, at Mott MacDonald, Stoneham Place, Stoneham Lane, Southampton, Hampshire SO50 9NW.
• 5 Any person wishing to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application to the High Court.
