“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Michael William Young and Peter Nicholas Wastell, both of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, Trident House, 42-48 Victoria Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3HZ, (IP Nos: 008077 and 009119) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
