If you were or are an employee of Kronospan Limited, and a member of the Plan, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Plan but have not been notified of your benefits, or are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact the Trustees of The Kronospan Ltd Cash Benefit Scheme c/of Mr C. Ryan, Kronospan Ltd . Chirk, Wrexham LL14 5NT. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write not later than 07 May 2013.

It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Plan to provide benefits for its members and beneficiaries as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Plan before 14 May 2013 they will not be liable to pay benefits to you.

If you have already received your benefits from the Plan, or you have received a statement of your benefits under the Plan since 1st May 2007 you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details of you.
