Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of the members of the above-named Company and final meeting of creditors will be held for the purposes of: To approve the Liquidator’s final report; To determine whether the Liquidator should have his release; And to allow the records of the Company to be destroyed 15 months after the Liquidator has filed his final report at the Registrar of Companies.

The Meetings will be held at John D Travers & Company, First Floor, 58 Hagley Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1QD on 23 April 2013 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. Proxy forms from creditors must be lodged at the offices of John D Travers & Company, First Floor, 58 Hagley Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1QD no later than 12.00 noon on 22 April 2013.
