I, Derek Parfitt, of The Old Mill House, Merretts Mills, Stroud, GL5 5EX, was a Director of the above-named Company during the 12 months ending with the day upon which it entered into Administration. Volante Business Group Limited and Lightning Bars Limited, two companies of which I am a Director, have purchased the business and assets of the Company and I give notice that I am acting and intend to continue to act in one or more of the ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the following names: Volante Business Group Limited trading as “Sports Café”; Lightning Bars Limited trading as “Sports Café”, “Chilli White”, “Bliss”, “Heights” and “Groove”.
