Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final general meeting of the Company will be held at Deloitte LLP, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester, M60 2AT on 17 April 2013 at 11.15 am to consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolutions as Ordinary Resolutions and Special Resolution: “That the Joint Liquidators’ Final Report be approved and the Joint Liquidators’ be granted their release once a report to the outcome of the Final Meeting has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with Insolvency Act 1986 section 171(6)(a) and that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of as the Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.” A member of the Company entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be member of the Company. Proxies must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte LLP, PO Box 500, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester, M60 2AT no later than 12.00 noon on the day before the meeting.
