Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Sections 106 of The Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above named company will be held on 18 March 2013, 47-49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE at 10.00 am (Creditors) for the following purposes: to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to receive the receipts and payments account including the Liquidator’s remuneration. To release the Liquidator from office with effect from the date of the final meeting, to approve that the books and accounts of the Company be disposed of within six months of the final dissolution of the Company. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator no later than 1.00 pm in the afternoon of the business day before the meeting at 47-49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE .
