“That the Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Duncan Swift, of Moore Stephens LLP, The French Quarter, 114 High Street, Southampton, SO14 2AA and Phillip Sykes, of Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB, (IP Nos. 8093 and 6119) be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Limited Liability Partnership. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.” At a meeting of creditors held on 28 January 2013 the creditors confirmed the appointment of Duncan Swift and Philip Sykes as Joint Liquidators (and that the Joint Liquidators are authorised to act either alone or jointly).
