THE ISLINGTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*

• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Islington proposes to make the above mentioned Order under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
• 2 The general effect of the Parking Place Order would be to:
  • a provide additional residents parking bays in, Agdon Street, Clerkenwell Close, Granville Street, Goswell Road, Hermit Street, Inglebert Street, Moreland Street, Myddleton Street, Northampton Road, Pickard Street, Spencer Street, St John Street and Warner Street;
  • b provide additional shared-use parking bays in, Aylesbury Street, Bastwick Street, Clerkernwell Green, Farringdon Lane, Gloucester Way, Goswell Road, Great Sutton Street, Hall Street, Meredith Street, Northampton Road, Roseberry Avenue, Whiskin Street and Wynyatt Street; and
  • c provide additional pay and display parking places in, Amwell Street, Goswell Road, Lever Street, Moreland Street, Roseberry Avenue and St John Street.
• 3 The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order would be to:
  • a introduce new double yellow lines in some sections in, Agdon Street, Aylesbury Street, Bowling Green Lane, Goswell Road, Inglebert Street, Northampton Road, St. John Street and Whiskin Street;
  • b introduce new single yellow lines in some sections in, Amwell Street, Bowling Green Lane, Clerkenwell Close, Clerkenwell Green, Gloucester Way, Goswell Road, Great Percy Street, Hall Street, Lever Street, Moreland Street, Northampton Road, Pickard Street, St John Street and Warner Street; and
  • c introduce no loading restrictions in some sections in Farringdon Lane and Roseberry Avenue.
• 4 A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders at the following location:
