REVIEW OF LOADING RESTRICTIONS – VARIOUS STREETS
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of London propose to make an order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
- 2 The effect of the order would be to revoke the restriction on loading and unloading in certain streets and lengths of streets in the City and change the hours during which existing restrictions on loading and unloading apply in other streets and lengths of streets throughout the City. The affected streets are listed in the Schedule to this Notice
- 3 A copy of the proposed order and of plans showing the affected streets can be inspected during normal office hours on Monday to Fridays inclusive within a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice was published at the Department of the Built Environment, Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ.
- 4 Further information may be obtained from the Department of the Built Environment at the above address or by telephone 0207 332 1108.
- 5 Persons desiring to object to the proposed measures should send a statement of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of the Built Environment at the above address within the afore-mentioned period of 21 days quoting the reference DBE/CTP/PA.
