Notice is hereby given that Special Resolutions were duly passed on 14 December 2012, placing the Company in summary winding up in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended, and appointing Patrick Joseph Brazzill and Andrew Jonanthan Dann of Ernst & Young LLP as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. All persons having claims against the above mentioned Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 4 February 2013.
