At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at 3rd Floor, Lyndean House, 43-46 Queens Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 3XB, on 10 December 2012 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Garry Lock and Ian Cadlock, both of RSM Tenon Recovery, 3rd Floor, Lyndean House, 43/46 Queens Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 3XB, (IP Nos 12670 and 8174) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convenend pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Ian Cadlock and Garry Lock was confirmed.
