WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW
A. THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 72) ORDER 2012
- 1 The Council of the London Borough of Hounslow on 10 December 2012 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into operation on 17 December 2012.
- 2 The general effect of the Waiting and Loading amendment Order will be to amend the London Borough of Hounslow (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2008 by introducing new waiting restrictions as well as matching restrictions currently on street. Waiting and loading by vehicles would be prohibited in the lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 1, 2 and 3 to this Notice.
- 3 The Council has made the decision to defer implementing the proposed waiting restriction in Maswell Park Crescent, Hounslow as detailed in Schedule 4 to this Notice that was originally published in Notice of Proposals P023A-12 on 28 September 2012. The Council shall seek to bring into force a subsequent Order for Maswell Park Crescent, Hounslow within a period of 2-years of when the original Notice of Proposal was published.
- 4 Documents giving detailed information about the Order can be viewed online at www.hounslow.gov.uk or at the Forms and Documents Counter, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN between 9am and 4.15pm Mondays to Fridays. Documents will be available for viewing until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which this Notice is published. urther information may be obtained by telephoning the Council’s Regeneration, Economic Development & Environment Department on 020 8583 3322.
- 5 Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court
