Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

(1) on 15 April 2011 Bipielle Bank (Suisse) S.A. transferred to Victoria & Eagle Strategic Fund (In Voluntary Liquidation) all of the interest held by it in TLcom I ‘B’ LP, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP6856 (the “Partnership”) and that with effect from 15 April 2011 Victoria & Eagle Strategic Fund Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation) became a limited partner in the Partnership and Bipielle Bank (Suisse) S.A. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership; and

(2) on 5 December 2012 Victoria & Eagle Strategic Fund Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation) transferred to Banco Popolare Societá Cooperativa all of the interest held by it in the Partnership and that with effect from 5 December 2012 Banco Popolare Societá Cooperativa became a limited partner in the partnership and Victoria & Eagle Strategic Fund Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation) ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
