On 11 December 2012, the above company entered liquidation.

I, Bernard Keown of Unit 8-12 Bestmore Industrial Estate, Station Road, Hednesford, Staffordshire, WS12 0QS was a director of the above named company on the day it entered liquidation.

I give notice that I am acting and continue to act in one of the ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above named company under the trading name Cooper Recycling.
