Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, and Rule 4.126 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a general meeting of the Members and a meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company are to be held at Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ on 6 February 2013 at 1.00 pm and 1.15 pm respectively for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the winding-up and hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. Resolving that the Liquidator be released from office. A member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor. For the purposes of voting, the proxy form issued to Members and Creditors must be lodged with me no later than 12.00 noon on 5 February 2013 .
