Notice is given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the above Fund is required to send written particulars of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance number and period and location of employment) to the undersigned, not later than 10 February 2013.

The Trustees of the URS Corporation Limited Final Salary Pension Fund, c/o Buck Consultants, 17 Ainslie Place, Edinburgh EH3 6AU.

The Fund is being wound up following the transfer of its assets and liabilities to the Scott Wilson Pension Scheme.

Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustees about the transfer and subsequent wind up should not respond to this notice.
