Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of members and creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Redman Nichols Butler, Westminster Business Centre, 10 Great North Way, Nether Poppleton, York YO26 6RB, on 7 February 2013 at 2.00 pm and 2.15 pm for the purposes of:-

1. laying before the meetings an account of the winding up showing how it has been conducted and the company’s property disposed of and giving an explanation of that account; and

2. approving that account.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at Westminster Business Centre, 10 Great North Way, Nether Poppleton, York YO26 6RB, no later than 12 noon on the last business day before the meeting. A form of proxy can be obtained from the joint liquidators. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, creditors will not be entitled to vote unless their proofs have been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. While proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences, creditors intending to vote at the meeting are requested to send them with their proxies. Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.
