Warp 4 Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, with effect from 21 November 2012, Citibank International plc (acting as Trustee for and on behalf of the Igloo Regeneration Property Unit Trust) transferred its entire interest in Warp 4 Limited Partnership (the “Partnership” ) a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP 008220, to Muse (Warp 4) Limited and that, with effect from 21 November 2012, Muse (Warp 4) Limited became the sole Limited Partner in the Partnership and Citibank International plc (acting as Trustee for and on behalf of the Igloo Regeneration Property Unit Trust) ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
