1. In this Notice the following shall apply:

Individual’s Name: JONATHAN KNIPE.

Property/Asset: Apartment 5, 4 Ullet Road, Liverpool and parking space (L8 3SR).

Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of One Kemble Street, London WC2B 4TS (DX 123240 Kingsway).

2. The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the leasehold interest to the property situated at Apartment 5, 4 Ullet Road, Liverpool and parking space (L8 3SR) registered at the Land Registry of England and Wales under Title Number MS556862 vested when the Official Receiver the trustee of the above named bankrupt’s estate disclaimed the same) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the leasehold interest to the property situated at Apartment 5, 4 Ullet Road, Liverpool and parking space (L8 3SR) registered at the Land Registry of England and Wales under Title Number MS556862 the vesting of which having come to his notice on 29 October 2012.
