NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above orders under Legislation section: sections 45, Legislation section: 46, Legislation section: 49 and Legislation section: 124 and Legislation section: Part IV of Legislation section: Schedule 9 to the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general nature and effect of the order is to reduce the length of the pay and display / pay by phone parking place in Holly Bush Vale, NW3, by 3.4 metres at the north-western extremity. A ban on loading, applicable at all times, will be introduced in this 3.4 metre section.
Copies of the proposed orders and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the orders may be obtained from or inspected at the Culture and Environment Reception Desk, first floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, WC1H 8EQ .
Any person wishing to object to the proposals may give reasons for their objection in writing or by email. Objections should be sent to the Transport Strategy Team, 4th Floor, Camden Town Hall Extension, Argyle Street, London, WC1H 8EQ, or traffic.orders@camden.gov.uk to be received by the end of 9 November 2012 .
