2. The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the leasehold property at 52 Spofforth Road, Liverpool L7 6JY comprised in title number MS544087 vested when the Trustee in Bankruptcy disclaimed it) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the leasehold property at 52 Spofforth Road, Liverpool L7 6JY comprised in title number MS544087 the vesting of which having come to his notice on 2 October 2012.
