Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2012 Swift Capital 1 Europaische Fondsbeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG transferred to Quartett IV Blocker GmbH all of the interest held by it in HgCapital 6 D L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP13221 and that with effect from 30 September 2012 Swift Capital 1 Europaische Fondsbeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG ceased to be a limited partner in and Quartett IV Blocker GmbH became a limited partner in the Partnership.
