On 12 September 2012, Lakeland Spas and Leisure Limited went into insolvent liquidation.

We, Mark Anthony Smalley, of Linden Barn, Baldwinholme, Carlisle, Cumbria CA5 6LJ, and Catherine Louise Smalley, of Linden Barn, Baldwinholme, Carlisle, Cumbria CA5 6LJ, were Directors of the above-named Company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into liquidation.

Pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.228 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, we give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name Lakeland Spas & Log Cabins Limited.
