“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Mark Grahame Tailby and Neil Charles Money, both of CBA, Insolvency Practitioners, 39 Castle Street, Leicester LE1 5WN, (IP Nos. 9115 and 8900) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that the Joint Liquidators be and are hereby empowered to act jointly and severally.”
