THE A35 TRUNK ROAD (DORCHESTER BYPASS) (DERESTRICTION) ORDER 2000 (VARIATION) ORDER

Notice is given that the Secretary of State for Transport made this Order on 14 August 2012, coming into force on 24 August 2012, under section 84(1)(a) and (2) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A35Trunk Road (A35) in Dorset.

The notice of the proposal to make it (reference HASW 01/12) was published in issue no 60080 of the London Gazette on 7 March 2012 and the effect of the Order is as described in that notice.

A copy of the made order, a plan and a copy of the Order to be varied may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Dorset County Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ and West Dorset District Council, Stratton House, 58-60 High Street, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ .
