QUALITY ASIA LIMITED

A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company is hereby summoned by the Liquidator under Legislation section: Rule 4.54 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of sanctioning acceptance of an offer of £20,000 from Bravado Limited in settlement of their indebtedness of £1,818,906 to the Company.

The Meeting will be held at Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ, on 4 September 2012, at 1.00 pm .

A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his stead. A proxy need not be a Creditor. The proxy form accompanying the notice sent to Creditors must be lodged with me no later than 12.00 noon on 3 September 2012 .
