“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam John Clarke and David Nigel Whitehead, both of Larking Gowen, King Street House, 15 Upper King Street, Norwich, NR3 1RB, (IP Nos. 10370 and 8334) be wound up voluntarily and that Adam John Clarke and David Nigel Whitehead both of Larking Gowen, King Street House, 15 Upper King Street, Norwich, NR3 1RB, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up and are to act either jointly or severally.”
