The Queen has been pleased by Royal Warrant bearing date 24 April 2012 to re-appoint Sir Denis Francis O’Connor, C.B.E., Q.P.M., as Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary for England and Wales for a further period of three months in accordance with the Police Act 1996 (as amended) from 1 May 2012.
