The Queen has been pleased by Royal Warrant bearing date 1 June 2012 to appoint Bradley Fried, Esquire and David Prentis, Esquire to be Members of the Court of Directors of the Bank of England for a period of three years commencing on and from 1 June 2012, Timothy James Albert Frost, Esquire, for a period of two years commencing on and from 1 June 2012, and re-appoint Jonathan Adair Lord Turner of Ecchinswell and William Michael Cohrs, Esquire for a further period of three years commencing on and from 1 June 2012 in accordance with the Bank of England Act 1998 (as amended).
