COIM UK LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

COIM UK Limited (company number 4245924) and the Trustees of the Scheme, which was established with effect from 1 May 2002, have resolved to commence the winding up of the pension scheme with effect from 23 July 2012 and the Trustees need to identify all individuals who may have a liability under the Scheme. The Trustees have corresponded by post with all known members of the Scheme. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against, or interest in the Scheme, including any person who may have been employed by the Company or an associated employer on a part time basis and who considers that his or her exclusion from the Scheme may have constituted indirect discrimination, who has not received correspondence from us should make themselves known to the Trustees of the Scheme. Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing to the under mentioned contact on or before 3 October 2012 after which date the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme. Notification is not required from persons who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustees of the COIM UK Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme.
