- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing (“the Council”) proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
- 2 The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order would be to increase waiting restrictions to apply at any time in the lengths of roads detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.
- 3 The general effect of the Parking Places Orders would be to
- a remove a 13.5 metre length of permit holder parking place on the south side of Gordon Road adjacent to Nos. 25 and 27 Gordon Road and replace with at any time waiting restrictions;
- b in Limewood Close to (i) provide a single permit holder parking place at 90° to the kerb outside No. 8 Limewood Close and (ii) remove a 5.5 metres length of permit holder parking opposite No. 4 Limewood Close.
- 4 The Orders, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, are available for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
- 5 Enquiries about the proposal can be made by telephoning the Ealing Council Project Engineer on 0208 825 6710 or by e-mail to Highwayservices@ealing.gov.uk.
- 6 Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference ORD 3675/djc until the 24th August 2012. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
