Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of S.F.U. Barbers Limited will be held at the offices of Geoffrey Martin & Co, St Andrew House, 119-121 The Headrow, Leeds LS1 5JW on 4 September 2012 at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 ), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings of Members and Creditors is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Such proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company.
