Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 29 June 2012, Caledonian Trust (Cayman) Limited acting in its sole capacity as trustee in respect of Aspen Global Trust, a limited partner in the Partnership, transferred 42.96% of its right, title and interest in the Partnership to AXA Early Secondary Fund IV, L.P. a limited partner in the Partnership.
