PAI Europe IV-B4

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with the effect from 30 June 2012, Barclays Pension Funds Trustees Limited transferred 12.6% of its interest in the Partnership, including its capital contribution of €50.40 to AlpInvest Partners 2012 II B.V., acting in its capacity as the general partner of AlpInvest Partners Secondary Investments 2012 II C.V. and consequently, on that date AlpInvest Partners 2012 II B.V., acting in its capacity as the general partner of AlpInvest Partners Secondary Investments 2012 II C.V. became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €50.40 and Barclays Pension Funds Trustees Limited ceased to be a partner in the Partnership.
