“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Anthony Fisher MIPA, MABRP and Gary Birchall MIPA, MABRP, both of Focus Insolvency Group, Skull House Lane, Appley Bridge, Wigan, WN6 9DW, (IP Nos 9506 and 9725) be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.”
